It is United Utilities’ policy to establish and maintain a quality management system which complies, as a minimum, with the requirements of the current issue of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2001.
The Quality System aims to be the foundation on which all the United Utilities Operating Systems are built with the objective of integrating and cementing all systems.
United Utilities’ objectives in Australia are efficient and effective quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems, based on the provisions of the AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000, AS/NZS ISO 14001 and AS/NZS 4801:2001 standards.
